Filmzone.net was launched in December 1999 but never came off the ground. Back in those days, movie fan sites were all over the place, and veterans like aintitcool.com and darkhorizons.com had already gained a steady audience.

Today, the landscape is quite different. The big sites (see above) have survived, while the little fish have drowned in a sea of content overload.

The idea with this site is to start small, and take it from there. Movie fans want to learn about new and future movies, without having to click through thousands of ads before getting to what they came from. Our mission is to offer our visitors all there is to know on new and future movies, through a clean and easy to navigate interface.
